Are refills available?
Additional notepads are available during checkout for $3.50 each. They are also available separately under the "Refills" product line, and sold in sets of 2 notepads for $15. Be sure to check in your kit for a coupon code for $3 off refills!

Do you ship outside of the US?
We currently ship to Canada via USPS Priority mail. For other countries, please contact us for a shipping estimate.

Do I need to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card?
No. You can check out with a credit card without a Paypal account. It is only processed by Paypal.

Is it possible to place an order by phone or email?
Certainly! Our checkout is secure (SSL), but we understand you may want to speak to someone when placing an order. Just give us a call at 1-888-801-5503 or email orders [at] tiny-tales.com, and let us know what you'd like to order. If you'd like to pay by credit card, we will send you a Paypal invoice (again you don't need to have a Paypal account). If you will be paying by check, we will wait for it to clear before shipping.

Are you going to sell or rent or give my email address out in any way?
Never!

Do you charge sales tax?
Only in Colorado.

Do you have a referral program for customers?
We sure do! Your participation is automatic and easy: Simply spread the word about Tiny Tales, and when someone enters your name in the comments box when placing an ordr, we'll send you 2 refill notepads!
